Security & AI Proposal Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage customer security questionnaires, vendor due diligence, vendor security assessments, DDQs
• Coordinate responses to common assessment formats, including SIG / SIG Lite and CAIQ
• Partner with Security, IT, Legal, Product, Engineering, and other subject-matter experts to gather
• Maintain a centralized content library and knowledge base of approved responses on security
• Coordinate and facilitate live customer discussions with security, IT, procurement, and other
• Identify opportunities to streamline reviews, improve documentation, standardize responses, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience coordinating or managing customer security questionnaires, vendor due
• Practical understanding of common SaaS security concepts (data protection, access controls
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive approach to working across teams
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
