Security Field Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security
• Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed, covered, and operating according to post orders
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and deployment plans to prevent coverage gaps
• Address call-offs, staffing shortages, and operational issues by coordinating coverage and
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and effectively

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and must remain current
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure
