📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end program mgmt for enterprise security and IAM initiatives.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage risks.
• Align IAM priorities with security, IT, engineering, product, and ops.
• Serve as primary contact for security and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate technical discussions on identity, access, privacy, and compliance.
• Build scalable processes for access certification and least-privilege reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on TPM in IAM, security, or identity governance.
• Bachelor's in Information Security or CS, or equivalent.
• Led IAM initiatives: lifecycle, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, attestations.
• Okta, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP; Zero Trust.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence.
• PM tools like Jira and Google Sheets; delivery-focused.
