Security Site Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of 5 security officers/supervisors; oversee scheduling, payroll, coaching
• Conduct site-specific on-the-job training, client-specific training, and annual refreshers adhering
• Reconcile daily logs, shift responsibilities, and patrol reports; review incident reports prior to
• Develop and maintain up-to-date operational procedures and post orders; understand and qualify for
• Maintain building access control procedures using access control systems, visitor management
• Respond to incidents and property emergencies; observe departing personnel to guard against theft

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior satisfactory experience as a security officer or directly related
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid State Security License (PERC) and valid Driver's License (as applicable).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
• Proficiency with access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems.
