Security Site Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on assigned shift
• Manage a team of 5 security officers/supervisors including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations
• Develop staff in technical and professional skills through performance management
• Coordinate site-specific and client-specific training

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or directly related experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Security License if required by state
• Driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
