Own operational execution of sales per company policies.
Coordinate processes leading up to sales with high-quality client service.
Collaborate with clients, shipping coordinators, and regional offices to manage inbound shipments.
Ensure all required legal/compliance documents on file (ID, proof, payment, W8/9).
Manage consignment terms and sale contracts, including SAP contracts and disclosures.
Coordinate post-auction activities, including post-sale transactions and adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in business administration or equivalent.
1-3+ years’ experience in business administration or client service.
Exceptional client service with strong verbal and written communication.
Competencies in legal, finance and/or project management.
Operationally minded with an appetite for technology.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP or Sotheby’s systems preferred.
