📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate UAM HUB operations from Bangalore, ensuring consistent delivery across
• Provide day-to-day direction, mentorship, and support to UAM team members while maintaining
• Lead security workshops to gather business and compliance requirements for SAP S/4HANA role design.
• Validate role designs following development and ensure authorization solutions meet business and
• Develop UAM strategies covering composite roles, Fiori tiles, business roles, user personas, data
• Design, test, and implement rule sets supporting SAP S/4HANA role and authorization design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; studies in Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit are
• 10–12 years of experience in User Access Management, particularly within enterprise risk management
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP GRC Access Control and Identity Management tools.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including Fiori application
• Deep knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, Segregation of Duties (SoD) mitigation, and
