📋 Description

• Act as primary advisor to top-tier clients; translate goals to KPIs.

• Lead end-to-end creator campaigns from brief to reporting.
• Oversee paid and organic social on TikTok/Instagram/YouTube; track KPIs.
• Manage budgets, pricing, margins; forecast with Asana and Kantata.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in account management/marketing/PR at creative agencies.
• 5+ years leading creator/influencer programs at scale.
• 4+ years mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationships with talent agencies, creator platforms.
• Deep expertise in social media across paid and organic; KPI-driven.
• Demonstrated business development: upsell/cross-sell, pitches, pricing.
