Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective attendees and sponsors through research, outbound
• Run the full sales cycle — outreach, pitch, objection-handling, close — and own the relationship
• Work directly with the retreats team to grow Escape, Ascent, and Elevate into new markets and asset
• Keep pipeline and client data current and accurate in Salesforce
• Spot what's next — new formats, new verticals, new ways to get the right people in the room

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial real estate sales — investment sales, capital markets, brokerage, or title/lending
• Enterprise or platform sales at a fast-growing technology, AI, or data infrastructure company
• 5–8+ years of consultative, relationship-driven sales experience closing high-value deals with
• Genuine comfort in a room with CEOs and principals — poise, credibility, and the ability to hold
• A hunter's mentality — you build your own pipeline, you don't wait on inbound
• Excellent follow-up, documentation, and organizational instincts
