Senior Account Executive

📋 Description

• Manage project activities, timelines, trackers and deliverables
• Work across a broad mix of publications and Medical Affairs projects
• Support publications including abstracts, posters, manuscripts and congress activities
• Deliver Medical Affairs initiatives such as advisory boards, scientific meetings, medical education
• Be an important contact for clients and build relationships
• Coordinate internal scientific, editorial, creative and client services teams

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience within a medical communications agency or similar healthcare communications
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Organisational and project management skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and team members
• An understanding of the medical communications project lifecycle
• Experience in publications and/or Medical Affairs
