Manage communications with team and clients on information and status.
Coordinate pitch presentations and RFPs; support new business initiatives.
Drive project execution: scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, risks.
Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure compliance of promotional items.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years pharmaceutical agency experience in Accounts and Project Management.
Direct client contact experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Willing to travel up to 5%.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
