Liaise with clients daily on project progress.
Complete weekly status reports and track timelines.
Oversee materials delivery and ensure quality checks.
Schedule work with Creative, Digital, Client Services and Editorial; raise POs for subcontractors.
Travel to client meetings as required.

🎯 Requirements

Proven ability to deliver projects and campaigns with budget control.
Strong client liaison and communication; build client satisfaction.
Experience budgeting, forecasting revenue and monitoring hours.
Coordinate with Creative, Digital, CS and Editorial; manage POs/vendors.
Knowledge of codes of practice and healthcare communications laws.
Willingness to travel to client meetings; flexible to travel.
