📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of assigned corporate accounts and serve as their primary day-to-day contact for
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client travel teams and program managers, with a focus
• Lead regular account reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic performance reviews — often
• Monitor account health across your portfolio, identify risks early, and develop clear action plans
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities — including AI-assisted booking, group travel features
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Support, Finance, and Implementation to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, client success, customer relationship management, or a related
• A track record of managing multiple client relationships at the same time, with strong
• Clear, confident communication skills — written and verbal — and comfort working with people at
• The ability to use data to track account performance, spot trends, and inform your conversations
• A collaborative, organized approach to work, including the ability to coordinate across multiple
• Equivalent experience, training, or transferable skills from adjacent fields (such as hospitality
