• 6+ years of relevant work experience in account management at a creative or digital agency
• Experience managing and producing integrated communications projects (especially moving images
• Professional and confident client-facing presence, ability to manage complex projects in a
• Experience independently creating and managing budgets, timelines, and resource plans
• Some initial leadership experience, with a desire to share knowledge and support/ manage junior
• Creative, productive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
