📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact and client channel lead for projects
• Revenue & retention responsibilities for managed accounts
• Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and client communications
• Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
• Analyze performance data and KPIs
• Develop weekly client meeting content to track goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years direct paid social client management incl Meta and TikTok
• Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive outcomes
• Passion for crunching numbers; proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel
• You are a strong communicator presenting digital marketing strategy to executives
• You frequently step into leadership roles and help others succeed
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
