📋 Description

• Lead paid social strategy and execution for B2C clients
• Drive account performance improvements and ROI in a collaborative team
• Develop and test innovative paid social tactics across platforms
• Own client communications, onboarding, renewals, and weekly progress updates
• Forecast, plan, and analyze performance data and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years direct paid social client management (Meta, TikTok)
• Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive outcomes
• Strong analytics in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives
• Leadership mindset and ability to mentor teammates
• Comfort with both detail work and strategic overview
