🎯 Requirements

• 2-3+ years direct paid social client management (Meta, TikTok)
• Experience analyzing backend sales data to drive outcomes
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Excel
• Strong communicator presenting to executives
• Leadership mindset; able to guide teammates
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
