🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of agency experience in account management, client servicing, and project
• Currently operating as a Senior Manager, Group Account Manager (GAM), or Account Director, or in an
• Proven experience running a team by coaching, delegating, and holding people accountable.
• Strong track record managing client relationships end-to-end, including at a senior/stakeholder
• Strong domain experience across design, video, and content/creative services.
• Excellent communication skills and someone who is confident, articulate, and comfortable
