Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close tasks for assigned areas, following the close
• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries, accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
• Prepare and review account reconciliations across balance sheet accounts, tie subledgers to the GL
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations, and manage prepaid expense tracking and amortization across
• Review GL activity for misclassifications, cutoff issues, and unusual balances; propose and make
• Maintain close checklists and supporting schedules; flag late inputs, open items, and risks to the

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Active CPA license required
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience. We prefer a combination of public accounting (Big
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including the ability to analyze large datasets, build
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP across the full GL, including ASC 606 (Revenue), ASC 842
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms; exposure to
