Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and review monthly payroll journal entries, including those for salaries, taxes, and other
• Manage and reconcile key payroll-related accounts, such as accrued vacation, accrued bonus and
• Full ownership of the ASC 606 commission accounting, including capitalization, amortization, and
• Prepare, review, and record accounting entries for internally developed software costs and
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit, providing necessary documentation and
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company with a combination of
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Commission, and Accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, CIQ, ADP) and advanced
• Willingness to embrace AI to support day to day tasks and responsibilities; experience using AI is
