Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)

📋 Description

• Building strong, collaborative relationships with vendors to resolve payment delays
• Handling end-to-end invoice and payment processes for key suppliers
• Managing the global supplier payment process to ensure accurate and timely disbursements
• Applying sales and use tax concepts to ensure record accuracy
• Assisting A/P Manager in generating reports like vendor aging and month-end closing reports
• Reviewing Accounts Payable Aging and weekly payment batch reports

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, accounting, or related field with 6+ years of experience, or
• Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, graphs and dashboards
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
• Preferred: medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry experience
• Preferred: experience with Coupa or similar invoice workflow software
• Preferred: strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
