Senior Accounts Payable - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to the AP team while helping employees
• Organize and prioritize daily workloads to ensure invoices, payments, and other AP activities are
• Review AP transactions and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper coding, and
• Oversee the processing of payments related to talents, agents, vendors, suppliers, freelancers, and
• Act as the escalation point for complex invoices, payment discrepancies, vendor inquiries, coding
• Ensure AP procedures are consistently followed and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or financial operations;
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring an AP or accounting team;
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice processing, payment cycles, vendor
• People-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a genuine ability to build
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
• Experience working with an ERP system; NetSuite experience is considered a strong asset;
