Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage the billing life cycle from start to finish
• Process and maintain customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify overdue payments
• Initiate collection efforts through calls, emails, and written correspondence
• Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis
• Investigate and resolve account disputes and billing errors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in account reconciliation and data entry
• Experience reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies
