Senior Accounts Receivable - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle, ensuring processes are organized
• Lead collection activities and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to improve cash flow
• Own AR aging processes, identify risks and trends, and ensure outstanding accounts are actively
• Oversee posting, cash applications, reconciliations, and related controls to ensure the accuracy
• Establish and manage escalation processes for overdue accounts, disputes, payment delays, and
• Act as a key point of contact with Agents, Talent Management, Operations, and other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit, or financial
• Significant experience managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including collections, aging
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring an AR or finance team.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and collection strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and prioritize
• People-oriented, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a genuine ability to build
