📋 Description

• Manage the Finance Applications Jira queue from intake and triage through prioritization
• Track backlog, aging, blocked work, SLA risk, reopen rates, and recurring issues, taking action
• Clarify incomplete requests, set realistic expectations, provide proactive updates, and close the
• Improve Jira Service Management workflows, dashboards, reporting, intake quality, knowledge
• Configure and support NetSuite workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, saved searches
• Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into practical solutions that improve accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance operations technology, or
• Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience, including workflows
• Experience owning a service queue, ticketing process, or internal systems-support function against
• Experience with Jira or Jira Service Management, including queues, workflows, dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver results
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills across systems, data, and business processes
