📋 Description

• Manage investor onboarding and periodic CDD reviews
• Build and maintain relationships with fund managers and directors
• Deliver high-quality investor service and respond to queries
• Coordinate and monitor team deliverables and deadlines
• Prepare investor drawdown and distribution notices
• Monitor cash receipts and payments per policies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a funds environment with investor services
• Knowledge of onboarding, CDD/KYC reviews and investor administration
• Understanding of fund operations, cash management and controls
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to guide colleagues and drive continuous improvement
