📋 Description

• Conduct CDD reviews for a range of investor types, including simplified, standard, and high-risk
• Review internal systems and databases to determine whether prospective investors are existing
• Prepare detailed ownership and structure charts, identifying controllers and Ultimate Beneficial
• Identify any gaps or deficiencies in CDD documentation and work with Administrators to obtain the
• Support investor screening processes and complete relevant internal documentation and checklists.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Investor CDD Tracker.

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• A degree in Law, Management, Finance, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
• Professional qualifications, or progress towards qualifications such as ICSA, STEP, or other
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within Compliance, CDD/KYC, Fund Administration, Trust, Corporate
• Good technical understanding of AML/CFT legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience reviewing corporate ownership structures and beneficial ownership information.
