Senior Advisor Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise onboarding: Own the transition lifecycle for enterprise and high-AUM advisor
• Coordinate across teams: Keep complex transitions on track with Compliance, Legal, IT, Client
• Enable Early Adoption: Deliver initial training and resources that empower advisors to quickly
• Deliver Speed to Revenue: Drive revenue results for the company by onboarding advisors quickly. Act
• Balance several onboarding and activation processes while maintaining clear communications with
• Monitor and report on transition progress and potential risk situations. Coordinate with the Client

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a project management or onboarding in technology, fintech, or wealth management.
• A track record of leading multi-stakeholder transitions, including enterprise or multi-advisor
• Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and relationship-building
• Training and Presentation skills. Enabling our advisors to become power users. Be able to adapt and
