Senior Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Own a substantial affiliate portfolio and take direct responsibility for monthly affiliate revenue
• Recruit high-volume affiliates, publishers, media buyers, networks, and performance partners across
• Launch new affiliate partnerships quickly, managing the process from initial conversation and
• Develop existing affiliate relationships by identifying opportunities to increase volume, improve
• Manage key commercial and performance metrics, including CPA, EPC, CVR, AOV, approval rates
• Make informed decisions around affiliate payouts, caps, scaling, profitability, and traffic

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of substantial affiliate or performance marketing experience, preferably in a Senior
• Proven personal ownership of a significant affiliate portfolio and substantial monthly affiliate
• Demonstrated success recruiting and developing high-performing affiliates, ideally including
• An established network of serious affiliates, publishers, media buyers, or performance networks
• Strong knowledge of European affiliate and performance marketing markets, with practical exposure
• Direct-response e-commerce experience and a strong understanding of performance-driven acquisition
