📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to recruit partners, increase
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic affiliate partners, including product review
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, commission structures, incentive programs, and
• Own the affiliate partnership lifecycle, including tracking setup, promotional offers, payment
• Manage and optimize a large affiliate network of more than 2,000 partners, ensuring effective
• Analyze affiliate performance across partner categories, customer cohorts, and geographic markets

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, preferably within a B2C
• Demonstrated success recruiting, onboarding, managing, and scaling affiliate partner networks, with
• Experience managing affiliate partnerships across multiple international markets and working with
• Strong practical knowledge of affiliate management platforms and networks, such as Impact
