📋 Description

• Own the successful delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for Decagon's customers
• Define and drive AI transformation roadmap with Fortune 500 leadership
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production
• Turn frameworks into reusable assets across accounts for product roadmap alignment
• Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale
• Shaped product through tight feedback loops from front lines to Product/Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in high-stakes, executive-facing roles (consulting, product, or forward-deployed roles)
• Builder mindset with ability to design and implement solutions
• Strong technical acumen to discuss AI agent designs with engineers and executives
• Executive presence and trusted advisor to senior decision-makers
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
