Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Own trial cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets within monthly spending limits, reallocating budgets
• Lead and support a four-person paid marketing team, establishing high performance standards and
• Build and maintain AI agents and automations to handle recurring advertising tasks, including daily
• Identify and automate repetitive manual processes to improve efficiency and campaign management.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta and Google advertising
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising, including campaign structure, creative strategy, and scaling
• Strong experience with Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Agency-side experience managing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing, particularly businesses using free-trial or book-a-demo
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain AI agents or automations that actively support

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year.
