🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, including reading and conversation
• Experience with software engineering and digital product development
• Building and developing cross-functional development teams
• Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and clients
• Product mindset
