Senior AI Architect

📋 Description

• Design and evolve the architecture of PointClickCare’s AI Platform — the agentic runtime, MCP
• Guide the AI Engineering team through architectural decisions, design reviews, and hands-on
• Partner with product counterparts to review product roadmaps, translate upcoming AI capabilities
• Enable software engineers across PointClickCare to build AI agents, MCP servers, and solutions on
• Establish platform standards for security, responsible AI, evaluation, and observability, and run

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering and platform architecture experience with deep cloud expertise
• Hands-on expertise with agentic systems — agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, MCP (Model
• Proven track record designing internal platforms that other engineering teams build on, including
• Strong architectural breadth across cloud-native systems, distributed systems, data platforms, and
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality architecture documents and decision records, and to
• Preferred: Experience with the Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AKS, APIM) and the Databricks
