Senior AI Architect (US)

📋 Description

• Design and evolve the architecture of PointClickCare's AI Platform — the agentic runtime, MCP
• Guide the AI Engineering team through architectural decisions, design reviews, and hands-on
• Partner with product counterparts to review product roadmaps and translate them into architectural
• Author architecture documents and decision records
• Enable software engineers to build AI agents, MCP servers, and solutions by codifying reference
• Establish platform standards for security, responsible AI, evaluation, and observability

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering and platform architecture experience with deep cloud expertise
• 5+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions at scale
• Hands-on expertise with agentic systems: agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, RAG
• Proven track record designing internal platforms with developer experience, APIs and SDKs
• Strong architectural breadth across cloud-native systems, distributed systems, data platforms, and
• Ability to produce high-quality architecture documents and decision records
