Builds skills as version-controlled code (GitHub) and Claude Code.
Creates and maintains a central KPI Catalog; reusable analytics.
Drives adoption of Analyst/Modeler AI agents across Sales.
Owns dashboards: pipeline, forecast, quotas, ARR, win rates.
Designs data pipelines from Salesforce, Gong, Netsuite; data quality governance.

🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or BI.
Advanced SQL with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
Strong SaaS/sales metrics experience (ARR, pipeline, quota, forecast).
Hands-on BI/planning tools: Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode.
Experience supporting enterprise Sales/RevOps, including GTM planning.
Genuine interest in AI-native analytics (LLM-assisted analysis, skills-as-code, governed data access).
