Senior AI Deployment Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for largest customers with Intercom and Fin.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned to customer goals.
• Serve as primary customer contact during implementation; manage comms and expectations.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Eng, and Product to design tailored deployment strategies.
• Facilitate discovery to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure Intercom features (automation, workflows, reporting) with engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing implementation or professional services in SaaS/AI.
• Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude with configurations, integrations, APIs, and data flow.
• Excellent PM skills: structured, proactive, detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with executives and tech stakeholders.
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX tools.
