• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for top customers.
• Define scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned with goals.
• Primary contact during implementation; manage comms and expectations.
• Configure Intercom features (automation, workflows, reports).
• Coordinate integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
• Track time-to-value, automation, and CSAT metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing implementation or SaaS/AI.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong technical aptitude; APIs and data flows.
• Excellent PM; proactive, detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication; influential with execs and tech teams.
• Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce.
