Senior AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship production LLM features end-to-end.
• Build the AI app layer: prompts, tool calls, retrieval, embeddings.
• Develop evaluation infra: regression suites, LLM-as-judge, datasets.
• Design observability systems: accuracy, latency, cost, hallucinations.
• Build safety/reliability guardrails for quality and compliance.
• Evaluate/integrate third-party tools: orchestration, vector DBs, models.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production software; 1–2 years with LLM apps in prod.
• Strong Python backend engineer; experience with AI APIs/frameworks.
• Comfortable with AI-assisted dev tools across the SDLC.
• Shipped AI features used by real users; can cite metrics.
• Strong product instincts; thrives in ambiguity; translates problems to tech.
• Bonus: LangChain/LangGraph/AgentCore, RAG, vector DBs, LangSmith.
