Senior AI Growth Strategist CRM

📋 Description

• Own a customer lifecycle stage or strategic CRM goal end-to-end, setting strategy and defining
• Analyze customer behavior to identify outreach timing, channel, and messaging, grounding decisions
• Contribute to building the AI agent network that powers CRM operations, designing logic for
• Identify manual processes and replace them with AI agents to shift human effort to strategy
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues on other strategic initiatives to ensure coherent communication
• Work with Tech, Analytics, and Product to enrich the CRM data catalogue

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing strategy, ideally from mobility, airline
• Strong grasp of retention metrics such as churn rate, CLV, and engagement, with ability to trace
• Operational curiosity to understand data origins, audience logic, and process friction
• Active use of AI coding and automation tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build agents, pipelines, and
• Bias for action, starting with MVPs, shipping, measuring, and iterating
