📋 Description

• Shape AI roadmap for CRM, prioritizing growth opportunities into agentic solutions
• Analyze technical CRM setup, data flows, and audience logic to identify friction
• Replace manual processes with AI agents, freeing humans for strategy
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues to ensure tools fit real workflow and onboard team
• Work with Tech, Analytics, Product to enrich CRM data catalogue for segmentation
• Build AI agent network for segmentation, content, personalization, and orchestration

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in MarTech or Marketing Automation, preferably mobility/airline/travel
• Customer-centric mindset, translating needs into data signals
• Technical understanding and curiosity to build autonomous systems
• Proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code to build agents and pipelines
• Strategic judgement, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Bias for action, MVP mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
