📋 Description

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered features
• Apply machine learning to streamline workflows
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and RAG pipelines
• Build, scale and maintain AI-driven analytics and automation systems
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and data engineering teams
• Evaluate and improve model performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years building and scaling AI-powered user-facing features
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, LangSmith)
• Designing regression testing for LLM pipelines
• Prompt engineering
