📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for Scale's Coding portfolio.
• Define task design, environments, and evaluation products.
• Collaborate with AI PMs, ML, Eng, Ops, and GTM teams.
• Grow benchmark credibility into revenue-generating products.
• Partner with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers.
• Drive adoption, metrics, and business impact of coding products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, tech PM, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong software engineering depth; comfortable with code and engineers.
• Familiar with coding model training/evaluation and SWE-Bench/Terminal-Bench.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Analytical skills to translate signals into strategy.
