📋 Description

• Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for claims management systems
• Provide architectural leadership and guide strategic decisions
• Identify bottlenecks and drive platform innovations with AI automation
• Deliver scalable, reliable, high quality and well-tested solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external insurance partners
• Lead code reviews, design reviews, production on-call support and incident triaging

🎯 Requirements

• B.S., M.S. in Computer Science or related technical field or relevant work experience
• 6+ years of professional experience building scalable distributed systems
• Proven ability to build end-to-end products and platforms
• Strong ability to reason about tradeoffs in system design
• Experience developing AI features using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows
• Experience driving AI adoption or automation tools
