Senior AI Solution Architect

📋 Description

• Foster knowledge, engagement, and interactions within the team, with customers, and in the field
• Align direct opportunity engagement and skills with ServiceNow's strategic and enterprise accounts
• Address business and technical problems using our suite of AI products, including considerations of
• Act as a speaker at marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars
• Work with the sales and marketing leadership to build sales assets that will drive the ServiceNow
• Partner with the sales team to support, drive, and close AI opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in presales or consulting with direct customer engagement in enterprise software
• 3+ years of technical experience selling AI models, deep learning models, and large language
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly and logically to both
• Ability to see the bigger picture and understand the business drivers behind AI and automation
• Development experience using cloud-based AI platforms. Knowledge of NVIDIA LLMs and Microsoft Azure
• Certification in a major AI platform (e.g. Microsoft Azure OpenAI). Experience with LLMOps is valued
