📋 Description

• Serve as the primary field activation partner for sales leaders and customer-facing teams across
• Facilitate instructor-led training, leadership sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and field
• Drive adoption of global enablement programs by translating them into relevant, actionable
• Partner with sales leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, and emerging
• Deliver targeted enablement initiatives that improve seller productivity, accelerate ramp time
• Coach and reinforce sales methodologies, value-based selling approaches, messaging frameworks, and

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to facilitate training, deliver
• 3-5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or learning & development.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training and workshops.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, Value Selling) and
• Experience delivering enablement programs in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
