📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the performance of Angi’s sales organization
• Review business, staffing, and turnover trends and develop forecasting models to determine optimal
• Design and implement sales commission plans that align with company goals, drive performance, and
• Analyze sales performance and compensation data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and
• Develop models to calculate the profitability of sales rep activity and make recommendations to
• Build analytics plans to support A/B testing, evaluation, and launch of new sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's
• 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL as well as data analysis tools such as Python or R
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Ability to build complex, but clear analytical models and forecasts in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience analyzing and making recommendations to sales and commission plans for a large sales
