Senior Analyst, Annuity Distribution Technologies

📋 Description

• Lead and support the development of industry-standard distribution automation solutions across
• Serve as a strategic partner to operations teams supporting annuity business lines
• Collaborate with TPAs and external partners to define, enhance, and implement automation
• Provide subject matter expertise on B2B-supported services for internal stakeholders and project
• Lead and represent project initiatives across cross-functional teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain effective testing strategies, procedures, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 + years of experience in the annuity insurance industry within operations, technology, or a
• Working knowledge of annuity products and services
• Experience with annuity industry-standard operational technologies, such as DTCC, ACORD, and IRI
• Strong understanding of business and operational workflows related to annuity products
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
