Senior Analyst, Business Performance - FP&A

📋 Description

• Partner with Development, Engineering, Construction, Technical Sales, Corporate Finance, and
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models to assess project economics, capital requirements
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, identify emerging trends, and proactively highlight financial
• Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators across development and construction
• Evaluate financial and operational performance against established objectives and recommend

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Four to seven years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a relevant
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and turn findings into meaningful
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; a proficiency assessment may be required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and driver-based forecasting models.
