📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards and semantic models that translate complex
• Conduct requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional and technical
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics that drive operational visibility and decision-making.
• Build and maintain semantic data models that integrate data from multiple sources (Redshift, ODBC
• Write and optimize complex SQL (Redshift-compatible) to extract, transform, and stage data for
• Create and document design specifications and requirement documents that serve as source-of-truth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree plus 5 years technical experience, or Masters degree plus 4 years experience. Will
• Experience in DAX (defining measures, calculated columns, filters, context transitions) and Power
• Experience with SQL — ability to write complex queries with joins, CTEs, aggregations, and
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design
• Experience documenting technical designs, KPI definitions, and data architecture for both technical
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy and reconcile reporting against
